Staff were fantastic, we had a tab straight away that was paid at the end which included drinks, travel and some very delicious food. They organised a lot of activities for us with no fuss whatsoever and were extremely helpful throughout. Could not recommend enough.

The location was exceptionally nice and unbeatable, not very far from an active temple. The staff was useful and reasonably good, I liked them. The room was reasonably large and provided with TV, the aircon could n't be regulated properly, for instance.

In one of the rooms here, the temperature control for the air conditioner wasn't working well, making it a bit tricky to adjust. 🌬️

This is a perfect example of a splendid family run hotel. We arrived late (11pm) but they still made dinner for us (altough kitchen was closed as from 11pm). The children helped us carrying our luggage and were very enthousiatic informing us about Ayutthaya! After our cycle tour through the city, we even could take a shower in one of there rooms before taking the nighttrain.(although we already checked out in the morning). The Old Palace Resort is ideal located to visit the Ayutthaya ruins by Bike our by Tuk Tuk.

This is a family run hotel. They were friendly and helpful. The room was basic but clean. We had one meal there and it was very tasty.Would stay there again
There were about a dozen bikes there but all in poor condition, and would not recommend using them until repaired

The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with daily cleaning service. The location of the resort was great, offering easy access to nearby attractions and sites of interest. the staff at the resort were helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. There was also no shower curtain in the bathroom, leading to water splashing everywhere during showers.

We had an amazing weekend at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their face. They made us feel welcome and took care of all our needs. The rooms were very clean and quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere for a good night's sleep. We also loved the fact that we could rent bicycles to explore the beautiful surroundings. It was a great way to get around and see the sights at our own pace. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with easy access to key attractions and beautiful places nearby. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
There were a few negative aspects to our stay. One of the main drawbacks was the breakfast schedule.

The staff helped us turn a strange flight time out of bkk into a great day in Ayutthaya. Their helpfulness went beyond what I expected. Also I loved the bed and pillows. I've slept on plenty of hard ones in Thailand, theirs were nice and comfortable.
